TASTING NOTES
- Deep and intense ruby red color.
- Powerful nose, black berries, classic of the Tannat grape variety.
- A deep black dress. An intense, generous nose which brings notes of menthol, even eucalyptus but also very ripe black fruits. All accompanied by a well-blended woodiness.
- On the palate, the attack is expressed with a lot of sweetness and an elegant structure, the finish is on coated tannins.
TASTING ADVICE
- Pairs well with roasted meats (lamb, beef) or slightly spicy tartars.
- An immense definition of the terroir, which allows for a little-known freshness.
