描述

When considering which Burgundy cru is the greatest for white wine, Montrachet stands above all others in terms of quality, complexity and longevity. Domaine de la Romanée-Conti’s holdings consist of three parcels in the Le Montrachet lieu-dit in Chassagne-Montrachet, totalling just 0.68 hectares surface area with vines that are, on average, 50 years of age. Of the eight grand cru wines that DRC makes, this has the smallest production and is, therefore, often the rarest bottling.
