100% Chardonnay
This still white wine has been produced exclusively from the first press of the Chardonnay grape variety, from one of the most famous grand crus of the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The Mesnil 2016 ferments in small oak barrels where it remains for 9 months. Only two barrels, or 528 bottles, were produced.
This type of wine with its exceptional minerality is particularly recommended to accompany oysters, seafood and other shellfish. It needs to be aired: serve it in a large Burgundy-type glass.
