Extremely concentrated, it came from the last trie of the harvest, on the top of the Quarts-de-Chaume rump. Clusters covered with Botrytis presented the grapes so concentrated they were dry. In the press, it took a long time to see the first drop of this nectar… so aptly named.
In the end, we produced a single barrel which fermented for two years to deliver a bewitching wine, an almost eternal witness to the first Belargus vintage.
